I purchased 2 stands 16" & 24". They are well built (from Romania). You got 4 stars instead of 5 because the 3 "wire decorative wraps" at the top of the 16" stand had rust inside the wraps. The only thing I could do about it is apply a good coat of exterior satin black spray @ each wrap. I have not yet inspected the 24" stand.
